      General Manager Interview

      Feb 5, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Birmingham, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Birmingham, England)

      Interview

Was a very lengthy process. Firstly, a long application form followed by a phone call interview, a group interview, followed by a final interview and finally an offer. Decided to reject in the end because I wasn't happy with the area that I was assigned. Was impressed with the overall thorough process, but it took far too long.

      General Manager Interview

      Dec 2, 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Miami, FL
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Miami, FL) in Nov 2017

      Interview

I started my interview process by going the career fair at my University. The conversation with the recruiter was really helpful and engaging, they explained the position to me and then invited me to go online at my universities website and apply for the position. After two weeks, I received an email that I was selected to have a interview and that in order to continue with the interview process I will have to attend a mandatory diner. The diner was informative and a great opportunity to ask questions. The interview was the next day, there were several people interviewing but the person who interviewed me I met him at the diner previous to the interviews and is a general manager at Aldi. The person who interviewed showed no interest and it made me think he already made up his mind. The interview was not long at all, it lasted 20 mins. I said no on getting an offer as I am still waiting on their decision.
