I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Bloomington, IN) in Oct 2022
Interview
1. First round was an online assessment about front runner detection which was quite simple. It was based on simple OOPs foundation and basic data structure knowledge. 2. Second round was just an half an hour call about the basics of Python. The questions were simple but. checked if you had a clear understanding of Python 3. Third round was supposed to be a coding round, probably with Behavioral round. But it was cancelled 2 days before the interview date stating that the position was filled.

They send me a coding challenge first. Only has 1 question, time limit is 90 minutes. Extremely long question, and the wording was vague. Example input does not match the actual input format. You need to guess what the edge cases were.

Interview
Hackerrank and then final round consisting of technical interview and conversation about experience with some higher up technical manager. While the technical interview wasn't too difficult, the interviewer's questions about my experience ended up being way more in-depth that I was expecting.
