Interview
The first round was mental math and sequences test, mental math was typical mostly 2-3 digits per number, sequences were mostly pattern and didn't have any large numbers Additionally a personality test mostly asking generic questions about "trading" related situations.

Didn't get to the phone round only did the online math test & personality assessment
I was selected for numerical testing and then first interview. Basic competency based questions including machine learning and computer science. Focus on quantitative ability. Was a good experience overall with feedback.
Phone interview with expected value probability question. Interviewer is helpful and nice. Question was very unclear at first, so ended up messing it up, but interviewer was giving helpful hints.

Interview
First stage was a quick maths and sequence test. Some of the questions got hard towards the end to answer quickly eg. 124x57. 2nd Stage was a coding challenge where they asked you to complete 3 coding questions in 1hr. I only managed to finish 1 and a half but still made it through to the phone interview which I have not completed yet.
