I took an online math test that asked a lot of mental math. It included multiplication questions, addition, subtraction, division, etc. They also gave me a list of numbers and asked me to say what the pattern of the numbers was. Some of the patterns were very difficult to see.

A lot of async steps first and then technical online. Medium difficulty online assesments and overall the process was good. Felt like they were respectful of time. Overall positive experience.

Interview
The first step is an online assessment focused primarily on arithmetic calculations, followed by a coding round with three questions. After that, there's a trading game round, and finally, an interview with a live interviewer.
There are 3 rounds of OA, including mental math, trading game, and one coding, and 1 interview with trader, and 1 interview with HR, and the final round is the onsite interview.
