I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2013
Interview
Flew us out to Chicago for an extremely intensive couple of days of orientation, basic training, rapidfire math quizzes, HR culture fit interviews. You get a really good feel for the serious/nurturing/community/smart culture at the company in your time there. A little intimidating because everyone there is smart as hell, but it also gives you the vibe that that's the type of place where you can really learn and grow.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".

Interview
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
