The interview process at AJACKUS was smooth, structured, and completed quickly. It started with an initial screening, followed by a technical round where I solved real-world problem scenarios. The focus was on logical thinking, coding skills, and clearly explaining my approach. After the technical evaluation, there was a final discussion round to assess communication and overall fit. The entire process—from interview to onboarding—was efficient and completed within one week.

Usually just direct take home assignment and followed by live modifications to the assignment. In my case I told them I was more a focused backend developer and they considered me for full stack role and I did a take home assignment and then again they asked me to make changes to it and then again after a week they asked me to do another take home assignment and even though I hesitate I did that as well and they gave comment like the UI/UX is not up to mark they compared the UI/ux with greenhouse and asked me to make it as it is and in the instructions it's no where mentioned about the UI/UX and they are too much even when the basic functions are working they are expecting top level ui/ux I got another offer so I dropped off altogether as it gave me a feeling of free work
