AG Mednet interview questions

Was contacted by external recruiter (awful), then was a laborious, unprofessional process to get first interview with HR. All conducted through LinkedIn messaging?! Interview itself was odd. Person said they have an HR/marketing background (red flag). Then said position had 5 direct reports (not disclosed by recruiter). 4 of 5 were not marketing. (red flag).
