Interview
Before I was invited for the interview I had to complete homework in the form of two relatively simple programming exercises. The first one was to write a parser for a CSV file and the second one involved fixing a bug in a multithreaded application.

In the actual interview, I was asked simple questions about the homework exercise, but I feel completing the exercise was 90% of the interview process.
