Interview
Interviewer told me about the position first, then asked if I had any questions about the role. Then there were multiple interview questions using the STAR method. After that, there was a period to ask the interviewer additional questions.

Tell me about a time you dealt with an irate customer.
They asked me to record a video response after taking a very long hypothetical test that took 2 hours. The pay for this position is not worth that at all.
