ACETECH Junior Java Developer interview questions

The interview was not prepared or setup beforehand upon attending. Very obvious signs that the job was already taken. The interview itself was extremely poorly conducted. It was in fact pathetic in general. Very few questions were asked in relation to the job position advertised, and the interview in general did not follow a proper structure at all. The interviewing panel consisted of three people. with another person randomly walking in halfway through he interview. Also, one of the members of this panel was from a different technical area, which does not seem very logical given that the job position was for a completely different technical area. Overall a poor and extremely discouraging experience for eager and keen graduates.
