My recent interview experience was exceptionally positive. From the very first communication, the process felt transparent, organized, and respectful. It was very typical. There are three round, with the first round being geared more towards the behavioral side. The next ones, they do talk about your technical skills but dont test you on it

Interview first by HR then followed by Senior Consultant/Project Leads. Generally takes about 1 to 2 weeks for the result to come out. Most of the questions are geared towards technical and product knowledge based.
