In our tech units the technical aspect obviously is a crucial part of the recruiting process. Nevertheless, the personality matters a lot as well. We are looking for new members that share the same motivation and enthusiasm for state-of-the-art tech products as we do. Throughout the whole process we want to determine what experience and skills our candidates have but furthermore give them an overall view of what tech stacks we use and how our circles and teams work.
