Interview
A total of 3 days of interviews took place.
Day 1: One technical interview with lots of technical questions regarding the technologies used.
Day 2: One technical interview which is the sequel of the previous one with another set of technical questions. There also was a cultural fit interview with a set of scenario questions and reaction related questions.
Day 3: One motivational interview with the CTO.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback! We are very glad that you had a pleasant recruiting experience and are happy that you are part of our team!
In our tech units the technical aspect obviously is a crucial part of the recruiting process. Nevertheless, the personality matters a lot as well. We are looking for new members that share the same motivation and enthusiasm for state-of-the-art tech products as we do. Throughout the whole process we want to determine what experience and skills our candidates have but furthermore give them an overall view of what tech stacks we use and how our circles and teams work. In order to get to know our candidates we also likely ask our candidates to explain their motivation.
It is great to have you on board and we wish you continued success in the upcoming projects!
