Two interviews followed by one assessment. Lastly, one social chat with 2 team members. The process was easy and it run smoothly, they did not over complicate things. HR was not involved at all

The team is focused on fit, analytical skills and professional skills. Relevant knowledge is needed but the technical knowledge is expected to gain on the job. Questions may be in the form of: What would you do in a particular professional scenario? How would you solve this analytical problem?
