Mon entretien s’est très bien passé. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été été accueilli chaleureusement par le responsable du développement et un membre de l’équipe technique. L’ambiance était professionnelle mais détendue, ce qui m’a rapidement mis à l’aise.
L’entretien a commencé par une présentation de l’entreprise, de ses projets en cours et de la vision globale du développement éolien dans la région. j'ai ensuite été invité à me présenter, et je l'ai fait de manière claire et structurée : j'ai retracé mon parcours d’ingénieur en énergie électrique et développement durable. j'ai insisté sur mon autonomie sur le terrain, ma capacité à échanger, ainsi que sur mon intérêt pour les aspects techniques et réglementaires du métier.

About 1.5 months, they extended an offer, accepted and put my two week notice in. They then, two business days prior to start date, they rescinded and terminated the position leaving me jobless and a loss of health insurance. Clearly poor leadership, and disconnect between US and Madrid offices. I would recommend steering clear of ABEI. I doubt their presence in the US will last much longer. Appear to jump on the next hot technology/market but then switch before a project is even built.
