Interview
Initial virtual screening then multiple online assesments followed by face to face interview with multiple members from the hiring team. Final round with the opertations manager. Lasltly salary negatitions with the HR manager.
The interviewer was engaging. The question were clear and relevant. Body language was positive and approachable.
He clearly articulated the expectations and the requirement of the role, which helped me to better understand the job and the company culture.
It was free, free fair and transparent I would encourage all human resources department to be carrying the interviews the same way since it's very encouraging to all job seekers
