99MGMT interview questions

I had a phone interview, then an in-office screening, then I met with HR. The whole process was pretty straight forward, it seemed they were really looking for the right fit.

The interview went well until I asked about training or in this case lack of. They wanted someone to just in which is fine, but all companies have different processes which was my concern. I like tools to do my job right the first time around this would not have been a good fit for me. I don't enjoy guess work.
