90 Seconds interview questions

1 round with HR, took over half an hour. 1 round with reporting manager, took half an hour, had to prepare 30/60/90 days plan. Second round with the same reporting manager! Massive task preperation with presentation, then 1 round with reporting manager and COO to present. Then Ghosted!

There was an initial screening call with the HR team, followed by a 1-1 video call with the hiring manager. The process was quite quick, communication was good, but it did feel very one-way and more effort could've been made to consider fit on both sides. Didn't really sell the role or company to me.
