From almost the beginning of the interview, I felt like I was being sold some shiny thing by taking the same approach as mortgage lead sellers (the bane of any mortgage agent's existence). I couldn't wait to get off the call. Complete waste of time and had trouble giving me the elevator pitch. I ended the interview within 5-10 minutes. Thanks for wasting my time, folks.
Very supportive and helpful information about how can I join them and what is the training and commission looks like. They talk about the process of onboarding new people. Explain any question that I had with detailed answers

Fast, but interviewer attacks other companies to levitate self. Also, was not able to talk to principal broker unlike other mortgage companies. They say no desk fee but it seemed to be gathered by the low split of 50/50 first five deals. Unlike other companies that start higher than that with desk fees.
