I applied for a position in Dallas TX about 7 days ago online. When the recruiter received the application we had set up a phone interview over the phone. When the phone interview took place, we discussed managerial competencies, situations, and work experience.
From that step he had set up an interview with the market manager which was about 5 days later. That interview consisted of managerial strengths and competencies also. We discussed a daily life in 7 eleven stores and the training expectations which where broken down by category.

Question 1
Difficult questions only come with no experience in the retail world. Every question has it's own answers, because it's happened to all of us as leaders to clerks.
Common questions, really easy to pass this interview. Fresh graduate can try to apply this position. If you want to learn about retail management things, than you can try this. But the workload was quite though.

Interview
The area manger ask me a couple of questions and then later on. I got a called from cooperate saying I got the position. I was definitely happy. He told he was going to call me in a couple of days because he was still doing more interviews.

Do I real I reliable transportation because I need to be able to go to the bank and do despite.
3 On-site and one paper test. The process was a 3 week course and as soon you're in you can work right after the interview depending on store manager.
Interview involved language proficiency and behavioral question. For example if there is a staff causing problems how would you deal with it and why you think that way.
