I recently attended an L1 interview with 7-Eleven. Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. The recruiter’s behavior during the call felt unprofessional — instead of conducting the interview seriously, they laughed and made comments that came across as insulting.
I believe interviews should be conducted respectfully, regardless of whether a candidate is selected or not. If someone doesn’t meet the expectations, that’s fine — but professionalism and basic courtesy should always be maintained.
I hope the company takes this feedback constructively to ensure better candidate experiences in the future.
