Very thoughtful and thorough interview process. I was able to interview with hiring manager, execs that I would be supporting, peers, and team members. Questions tested my strategic, technical and culture fit capabilities. Smart, capable team and very good experience.

Questions were directed to understanding if I had the capabilities necessary do the work vs. having knowledge of what was required... "explain how you would approach a project."

Interviews are conducted over a 1 month period which is too long.
Interviewers are professional and polite.
but even after clearing all levels, a person is kept in limbo across weeks.
