The interview process was and will be the worst interview that I have ever been to, below is how it works.

Interview
Very weird interview style. Asked to tell a joke, sing a song, sell an ashtray and cluck like a chicken.
In the role there was a lengthy script to learn word for word and would not let anyone on the phones until they had learnt it. Then you have to do a few weeks of "data cleansing".
I took the majority of a day having to do a disc profile, answer basic questions then you get judged on that and get a face to face interview.
