Thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear you found the hiring process to be slow. We like to take our time to find the right fit to our community - and of course, during peak times, things tend to run a bit slower. I can tell you we are always looking for people though, not machines. We have an Automation Department and we are not shy of using AI but precisely that has made us realise the importance of humans and the difference they make to the interactions with our end-users. We are pretty good at finding that balance (:
