Interview
CV review followed by numerical and verbal testing. Phone interview with a few competency questions and a few fit questions, then "Masterclass" at their offices where you present a case study in a group and finally an assessment centre. Masterclass was hard to stand out in as everything was done it groups.

Easy Online Application - Just submit to Headhunters, they arrange a phone call if they want to speak to you. Very easy 15 minute conversation with recruiter. Later gets much more technical but fit and understanding is the initial testing rounds.

Interview
5 rounds of interviews all very positive. First round after initial online tests and HR phone interview was a group exercise. No different from anywhere else in the 'premier league'. Great firm and would recommend the process.
