Interview
First they sent me a test to complete which included some intermediate level C++ questions.
After that they invited me for a face to face interview which combined some technical with some personal questions. They were very friendly, showed me around the company and explained the role to me in depth. It looked like a nice company to work for, and the dressing code was quite informal.
