Interview
You will typically receive a call from our HR director to schedule the interview first. You will sit with both the Operations manager and HR manager during the interview. They are very good about getting back to you quickly if you fit the description of employee that they are looking for. I received a call the same day that I interviewed. Operations and HR manager are very friendly and welcoming so the interview process is not very intimidating which is good.

Question 1
I can't quite recall any questions to be too difficult. Very standard and straight forward interview process, granted I initially interviewed for just the Front Desk position and not Sales.

Interview
Pre-interviewed over the phone by HR. Asks you about past job experience and what you eventually want to do in the future career wise. Once you get past that you go on to the face to face interviews with the operation managers. Basic questions are asked.
