Easy! I applied and called to inquire about an interview. I was invited in the very next day. Hired on the spot and I am currently waiting to start. The questions were simple; what kind of books did I enjoy reading, what makes me want to work at 2nd & Charles, and some customer service questions.

They sent an email two months after I applied and we scheduled an interview. It's been another two months and I haven't heard back. I'm assuming I did not get the job, but even if I did, I don't think I'd take it based off the lack of communication.

this interview was very informal and quick. i'm not sure if that's usually what it's like, but it was overall a positive experience even though the pay offered is very low. The time it took was maybe 20 minutes tops.
