I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 2020 Company (Portland, OR)
Interview
I was hired . Two phase interview..First interview phones . Next interview via teams video . I was not aware I would becoming on a week late . Other hires had already had a week of virtual training . Also it was not disclosed to me that the position would be 70% merchandising. I was the understanding was building rapport with Lowes and How's Depot for the product I was representing. Doing some audits etc. Anyways offers position but decided not to continue . I believe 2020 companies is a good organization. I believe thier recruiters were possiblity under pressure to fill about 80 positions for this new client in the Window Treatment Industry . I say that because of some of the people hired for the first training class . So with that 2020 companies seem to be a good company. Very Legit . Suggest having your recruiting person really drill down on day in the life .

Asked if I was comfortable with the position they were offering. Set me up for an interview with the hiring manager
short - 1 phone call. Easy initially - tougher toward end. She asked quite a bit about my resume, and also talked a lot about the contract which was a big one, and the job itself.
