1st Signature Lending interview questions

Initial interview process was over teams and very conversational, then they fly you up to Indianapolis, pay for an overnight stay and any food or travel needs and you get to meet the President and Vice President of the company in person. A very thorough process but it makes you feel pretty cool if you get selected.

Quick and easy. HR was very friendly, however the vibe seemed a little off around there as they claim to be family. Overall got an offer but declined. Not my scene. It’s a small company mentality.
