Interview
it was a 3 round interview process, one with the hiring manager, one with the CEO, and another with the team. Then waited for a week to hear back about an offer.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at 1Huddle, Inc. in Sep 2021
Interview
I downloaded their buggy application and was emailed asking if I wanted to interview for their Instructional Designer role.
I agreed to the interview with Brianna and had a 15 minute phone call. Communication with her was a bit confusing to begin with, which was a red flag. When we finally had our call, she was not able to answer specific questions about pay as their Chief of Staff.
After the call went well enough, they asked me to complete an assignment. Once that was approved as good quality, I met with another member of the team and had a great call.
Then I did not hear back from them for two days, so I emailed Brianna and she let me know they would reach out in less than a week.
Then two weeks went by without hearing from Brianna, so I reached out to ask what the next steps were.
She replied that they will move in another direction for the role without explanation. I replied, “Lol”because at this point my entire interaction with 1Huddle could only be summarized as laughable.

Interview
2 or 3 phone rounds from each department before doing an in-person interview. It takes about a month altogether. Super typical for every entry-level internship. They try to hire on the spot if you receive an offer.
