The recent integration of the Polish team has made collaboration difficult, as they often display a superior attitude and insist that only their team works well. - Communication: While communication between teams is generally good, issues arise specifically with the Polish team, which is difficult to collaborate with due to their authoritarian and dismissive behavior. - Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement have diminished. Instead of opening new positions for career growth, there has been a shift in reporting lines, and there is tension around potential integration with the Polish team. - Team Management: The Polish team's behavior has been problematic; their approach is condescending and not conducive to cooperation, which has created frustration among employees. This issue is widely reported within the company.
