      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      - Great Discount on Adidas Apparel - Quarterly Uniform Credit allowance - You do not pay into benefits, company pays - 3 weeks paid vacation to start - Interview process was quick while still remaining professional - Bi-Annually Bonus - Career advancement opportunities

      Cons

      - Base Salary could be more competitive and more in line with the overall market

      Business outlook

      Pros

Comfortable and relax environment, feel very protected

      Cons

Lacking excitement at the moment, opportunity to growth, it’s highly political and unfair in hiring processes

      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Great emphasis on teamwork and competitive compensation

      Cons

The process is overly complicated, and the sales team's entrenched mindset leads to rigidity and a lack of creativity in their approach.

      Management is a nightmare

      Sales associate
      Current employee
      Central Valley, NY
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      Discounts, raises once a year

      Cons

Management is an absolutely nightmare. No one has any idea how to run a store properly, they all sit in the office all day (especially the store manager and the hiring manager) and the ignore any issues brought up to them. Literally the worst run store I have ever worked in. Run by absolute clowns.

      Business outlook

      Pros

There are many talented and passionate people in various departments. Good company benefits with slightly above average salary. And with Bjørn as the CEO, I believe the company is headed for a bright future.

      Cons

The office politics is strong. Many a time, I have heard and witness people getting rotated/promoted because they are no longer wanted in their current team due to their behaviour or unsatisfactory work. Instead of tackling the root issue, the individuals are advised to go to another team to "expand their horizons" while the manager try to sell what a good employee they are to the hiring team so that at the end of the day, it becomes another team's issue.
