No company culture. No career development. High pressure working environment. Leaders don't care about individuals. People are definitely not the biggest asset to the corporation, They are dumped like garbage when there is no project. Benefits are one of the worst.

A lack of real human support. Position was not as advertised or discussed, no training or career development considerations, zero connection with management, very hierarchical, poor communication style in some departments, lack of inclusivity.

Base and bonus are ok as long as the company performs well. Some opportunities to work abroad if you are willing to move.

Little investment in, or development of, employees. No clear path for career advancement. Culture needs to improve. Frequent management changes.
