      Business outlook

      Pros

-ability to work on gain experience on a wide variety of project (healthcare, data centers, labs, government work) -Good work life balance with bonus overtime pay if >40hr/week is required -Hybrid work environment -Many experience staff that are happy to teach -Pretty solid and constantly improving Revit design standards (uses available new features where possible to make things easier) -Pretty clear advancement path for early career -Almost all project get reviewed by the most senior staff (30+ years of experience), so you get very informative feedback -Global company, so if you need local code advice for a specific area (like California), there is probably an office that has staff with experience that can help.

      Cons

-Managers seem somewhat overloaded at the larger offices, so getting feedback can often be delayed -Not a ton of cross-discipline relationship building (at happy hours and parties, groups are usually still of one discipline. i.e. sparkies, mechies, and plumbing)

Toxic company, you're just a number

      Anonymous employee

      Business outlook

      Pros

Good pay, decent benefits and some positions are remote or hybrid.

      Cons

Leadership is very toxic. You are just a number, which can be a good thing, but it also means that they have no problem replacing people with cheaper labor. Leadership is constantly changing processes and it's very hard to ever know what's going on, or what you're job truly entails.

      Pros

good facilites , flexibility of Work from home and decent salary

      Cons

Favoritism and lack of accountability despite multiple compliance complaints

      Project coodinator
      Former employee
      Ottawa, ON
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Big Brand, and a little competitive pay compared to other consulting companies

      Cons

Favoritism by certain managers has a significant negative impact on fairness, morale, and career progression. Employees who are not part of preferred circles are disadvantaged, regardless of performance or competence. This creates an uneven work environment where trust in leadership is undermined. Despite raising three formal compliance complaints in good faith, no meaningful action was taken. This experience exposed a clear gap between the company’s stated Code of Conduct and how concerns are handled in reality. While complaints may be acknowledged, the process appears focused on documentation rather than resolution, leaving employees feeling unheard and unsupported. For meaningful improvement, the company needs to enforce its Code of Conduct consistently and hold managers accountable. When repeated compliance concerns result in no corrective action, it erodes confidence in internal processes and negatively affects employee engagement and retention.
