      Low management on all levels. Engineering culture not exist at all. Tons of legacy, no documentation, no testing. Really bad work life balance, because of multi locations collaborations. Jira story points more important than real work, visibility over productivity

      Good work life balance, with hybrid work arrangement. Can take PTO without any concerns.

      Cons

      Even if you have visibility among senior management and do your job perfectly, even above your level, you may not get promoted. Simply because there are already engineers who have worked longer in the same position. Time is not a good measure of work quality. The annual raise is low. Yearly bonus is terrible. Pay itself is lower than peers. This will be trade-off for good work life balance.

      Colombian QA Leads maintain a bureaucratic and toxic environment. Over the past year, there has been no follow-up or one-on-one meetings with team members. The benefits budget has remained unchanged for the last five years. There are no salary increases, and the annual reviews are always subjective. There is no opportunity for growth within the company. Poor work / life balance

      At Visa, you financial and economic/inflation worries are taken into considerations as they ensure to balance the economic effect on you financially. They do this in different way, one of which is by giving you special allowances, and also increase in pay to a reasonable percentage each year. Also, they have got a very comprehensive Health plan for all employees utilizing the BUPA HMO

      Pure management in Europe region, incompetence of some employees. Grow depends on other team mates, which located in other regions and cant find time to share some knowledge, Salary increase after performance review completely intangible, its possible to have better increase only by promoting to higher role.
