Low starting pay, clandestine approach by management to revealing commission structure, terrible work schedule, high pressure that must be transferred to customers, intense minute by minute micro-management, constant threats of performance based disciplinary action by supervisor and management, just no fun at all. If you have the least bit of an entrepreneurial spirit, this company will crush that spirit on a minute by minute basis.
