I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Viking Cruises (Maldives)

The interview process was take 2-3 months and at the end the interviewer is not ready. I send my application April 2022 and initial interview June and final interview was July. Final interview was panel which they are 2. Lot of lapses and negative vibes for me. 1st they call me in different name, 2nd they even give wrong company where i working before, and last the interviewer was not even ready, his wifi connection is poor, he dont turn silent his mobile which by the way ringing very load while we are in the middle of question and answer, He even disconnected and not able to open the video after he come back. I'm really out of focus after this kind of scenario. He is asking a technical question which after I answer he will keep asking follow up scenario on that question which I believe is happening internally and company have different approach on this. I giving him a answer and he will tell me "as per our company", common I'm not even yet part of your company to know all your manual in the company.. so for me they just include me in the interview for they're quota. At the end i wasted my 1 hour interview and 2-3 months waiting for the outcome of unethical interview from unexperienced interviewer.

Technical question regarding "INTERNAL" situation they facing which I doubt everyone know what is happening unless your part of the company
