The TutorABC team are really supportive and positive. There is a community where we can ask questions and share ideas with our colleagues. Everyone is assigned a mentor, who observes our lessons and helps us to be reflective in our practice. We are kept up to date with the latest training, ensuring we are achieving high standards for our students.

I have worked in other online companies where the materials aren't great/there is no support/students are difficult. This company seems to be striving to be the best for both the teacher and the students, and over the last few years there have been many positive changes. I feel that this reflective approach will only continue.

Too many rules on cancellation policy now huge drop in classes for many veteran teachers over the last few years - even those with lots of followers and high ratings getting too strict with all policy decisions - all to benefit the company and the students and not the teachers letting go great teachers here now terrible communication from company staff - have teacher reps who can't do much for the teachers or to benefit teachers. strict policies that seem to change all the time without prior communication to teachers.
