The role is essentially a call-center job, requiring you to make 100-200 calls per day - they fail to provide essential resources to new employees, such as a company laptop or employee provident fund. no employee privacy either, asked us to follow the company Instagram page and other employee profiles to keep tabs on our personal lives - micromanagement is encouraged from controlling messaging styles, inbox management and typing speed - lack of career growth opportunities causing high employee turnover rates - no POSH committee to deal with internal complaints with manager misbehavior. no feedback system for immediate managers either. Employee respect is severely lacking here
