Company wide restrictive promotion and pay raise cycles. Company pays much less than competitors in the area.

Incompetent senior management who doesn’t care about employees. They either excessively micromanage or are completely hands off. Huge burnout among employees who feel very demotivated. Complete lack of transparency and open and honest communication. You do work from home but there is complete lack of work-life balance and leaders expect you to be always switched on and check your emails post working hours and on holidays.
