Pros
Work from home, at least it was, may have changed as they were discussing making people move to the home office in PA.
Work was rewarding and you could often find extra work to do if you didn't have enough (for those who dont like being bored at work)
Cons
Average Pay, Stopped giving out annual bonuses and raises, trouble in 1 part of the company causes ripples to other departments. Lack of leadership that is confident and informed. Bad short term decisions to avoid long term fixes. Almost 0 upward momentum, resistant to change even of titles that didnt make sense for the roles people were doing.
