I’ve had a great experience working at TE-Connectivity so far. The interview process was smooth and well-organized, with clear communication from the HR team at every stage. The HRs have been approachable and helpful throughout my journey with the company. My team manager is supportive and encourages open communication, and my colleagues are collaborative, friendly, and always ready to help. The overall work environment is professional yet comfortable, making it a great place to grow both personally and professionally.

I'm very happy to be part of TE, the recruitment experience was organized and seamless. The HR team is very supportive of our needs and in following through the requirements for role. The compensation package is very competitive.

The onboarding process is slower than most companies-- requiring you to complete the background check and medical tests with the approval of their clinic prior to sending you your contract.

They had me do an ethics investigation, and when the guy I did it on complained about me, they did an ethics investigation on me. What did they find? I messed up an expense report. Then they fired me. They basically hired me to fire someone, then fill in for him until they got someone they were waiting on hiring.
