Flexible work schedule, option to work from home 2 days a week which is really nice. Competitive pay for an intern position.

Re-hiring is not guaranteed since the pool of interns is much greater than the available positions for EITs.

Organizational change is sometimes not well managed as teams are shifted without prior notice or preparation

Work from home 2 days (Wed/fri). Good 401k. Work culture is great with managers emphasizing work life balance. Managers always on board with personal/prof learning opportunities

Have to have 10 yrs exp to get another week of PTO. Too many re orgs and some uncertainty. HARD to move up (not promotion wise but position wise). Medical plans not so good.
