Does there seem to be diversity at SpaceX?

Poor management racism, sexism, if at any moment in time, you speak out against any harassment, or sexist and racist comments they will come after you, and not the person who made the racist comment. Low diversity the higher up you are in management. Being white or white passing gets you promoted and not being white prevents you for opportunities. So many times where a white manager made mistakes and was not reprimanded in fact, was promoted. While the people of color who worked hard, we’re never giving credit and credit was given to the white managers.

Work and life balance, favoritism, un reasonable expectations, bias and casual racism, and unclear communication.

I used to be proud of working for a company what engineered these great things, until the politics and anti-diversity stuff.

Lots of corruption in the business sector. Unethical. I couldn't take it anymore especially now.

Interesting industry and technology, generally interesting work

Highly toxic environment. Extensive bullying behavior by team leader. Demeaning and attacking subordinates and emotionally unstable. I am so disappointed in this company for allowing behavior like this. Please take this review seriously and do not join, no one has the right to treat people the way she treats them
