Awful base pay for London living standards. Career progression is very limited and the pay progression here is minimal. A huge disconnect between senior managers/Team leaders and the Sales Execs. Barely any visible diversity! Every single team leader is a White male with one exception. Pensions our EMBARRASING compared to how much this company makes.

Great place to work. Have worked here for 5 years now in sales and earning approx 150k per annum. Hard work is rewarded and infrastructure in place so that if you work hard you can make a lot of money Culture really good, majority of employees are aged 22-30 leading to great culture Vendors and incentive trips for sales really reward good performance People are really sound. Directors etc always really friendly and approachable Recognition is brilliant, daily figures read out and applause if you are doing well. Just a great atmosphere to work in especially the London office (used to work in Marlow which was much quieter / worse sales environment in comparison)

Only possible cons are base salary being low (once you start making sales this isn't a worry though as commission is uncapped) 3 days in office being a requirement
