What is working from home like at Skanska?

BCBS Health insurance, good additional programs offered also. Flexible vacation, sick and work from home days in my position. Felt guided by leadership and was mentored.

The accounting department was very difficult to deal with in relation to processing expenses; massive company so several hoops to jump through to get large expenditures approved.

Family comes first, so flexible working is encouraged. They stand up to their values.

There are one, perhaps some of the teams can be cliquey
