Pros
Contract was extended from 3 months
Was able to work from home 5 days a week, rarely going to the office
Worked with some really great people in the business
Big budgets to work with across the business
Cool products especially on the Ninja side of the business
Cons
Contract was often extended very last minute, which can be stressful.
Lots of 're-org' changes in my time there, with many people let go.
No benefits included for contract staff, but are treated like full time.
Can be hard to move projects along due to lack of resource, specifically in the design/studio teams.
Not enough time built in for launches of new products, resulting in fragmented launches and a panicked 'this isn't working' response.
Lots of agencies used for almost everything, felt like project management vs marketing.
