Does Schneider Electric offer dental insurance?

Good overall benefits package including 401K match, health, dental optional vision, good PTO

Cons

The company says all the right things and I believe has good intentions but for years the focus and goals don't truly manifest down. Middle management is average at best if you are lucky. Make no doubt about it profits are all that is the true concern. One may say of course but they make cuts constantly and continuously year over year it's not if but when it will come to you.

Advice to Management

Pay is not equal in the company and known in the greater industry that SE is a low paying company. This needs to be addressed and a strong benefits package is nice though it is weakening at costs keep rising.

Difficult to feel personal influence on business results due to the size of company Digital tools implements vertically - slow and not customized. Declared culture of disruption have the significant gap with the reality.

Advice to Management

To change the method of digitization to increase the speed and agility.
