Toxic work culture. There is absolutely no one whom you can reach out to if you have any concerns. HR's are biased and are not approachable. Management is high on favoritism, forget about the open-door policy. The kind of work we are asked to do is average. So if you want to grow or excel in the skills, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. US/UK counterparts are chill but they can't do much about the issues or maybe are oblivious.

Pros

The benefits are good, company keeps making changes to improve work-life balance with flexible hours, benefits, easier onboarding for insurance, etc.

Cons

Crunch is limited, but can still rear it's head when deadlines come knocking. To their benefit, it is mostly elective. They ask, and offer paid days off in return for working the extra time before a deadline.
