Do employees at Pfizer receive pay raises?

Not many positives to mention about working at Pfizer aside from the colleagues I worked closely with in my group.

Where to start... Pay is not competitive with the industry and benefits are only marginally okay. No bonus and cost of living increases are terrible when compared to other companies, both large pharma and biotechs. Executive are overcompensated and work life balance does not exist for the worker in the trenches. Pipeline is weak requiring the company to buy other assets to shore up the pipeline and investment in internal R&D is poor. Benefits used to be pretty good, but the company has taken away so much from the employees, it is not terrible. Overall vibe at the R&D level is misery.

Pfizer working culture and environment is really good, they don't treat people like cattle. Salaries are not good though.

Salaries are not good. Promotions are very rare and if you get it they salary increase is extremely low.

Consistent bonus every year with 1-3% increase in salary based on performance.

-Benefits ok, depending on your pay grade you can get 10 to 30% bonus based on your salary and company performance (from 18 to 60k its 10% bonus). In UK you get, dental, health insurance and have option to buy share (every 2 shares you buy you get 1 for free) - If you want to learn, there is always lateral, horizontal moves you can make. -I had 6 managers so far and all of them were easy to get along and ranged from good to great. - Good career progression

- No work life balance, if you want to learn something extra, u have to do it on top of your normal work - Base salary is low end of the market - Like with any big company any big progress comes very slow. - The 4 pillars they work with only seems to exit for lower grade employees

Talented people and great lnd program

Difficult to get promotion, low yearly wage increase

Great canteen food, really friendly staff, some great people working across all departments within, most people will be really helpful and engaging, plenty of onsite parking, great benefits - pension, healthcare, bonus, pay increases,

Work can be high pressure with no objective outlined, thrown in into work with no experience and left to sink or swim

Good sallary, signifocant anual bonus and yearly salary increase - good work/life balance

Too many changes in short Period of time

Providing Opportunity for Freshers Training

Overworked Work Life Balance is bad Pay increase is low

Decent pay & some good people here and there

Company only cares about money, barely any pay increases and random lay offs
